Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well. I wanted to take a moment to inform you that I will not be posting a new short story this month. At the beginning of April, I started working on two new pieces: the one I originally thought of doing for this month for my blog, and another Weird West story for a writing competition called NexTV Writing & Pitch Competition. I will provide the link below for those who are interested.

I decided to take this challenge because the competition is looking for IPs, and what better way than to start introducing some concepts and more shorts that take place in the same world as the novel I have been working on? However, I cannot submit the short story that has already been accepted for the Weird West Anthology (see last blog post if you don't know what I am talking about). I decided to write a new short story.

I did not get far in the writing because I had to put this work on hold. Last week, I received some editorial suggestions regarding my submission for the Weird West anthology. As a result, my focus has shifted to editing and refining my work to ensure that it meets the anthology's standards. This process requires significant attention and dedication, and I want to give it my best effort.

While I am currently unable to finish and share any of the new stories in a timely manner, I appreciate your understanding and support. Once I have completed the necessary edits and things seem to be up to standard, I look forward to returning with fresh, spooky, and exciting narratives. I appreciate your patience during this time!
