Oscar Chavira Jr. is a licensed mental health therapist and an award-winning writer with a focus on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use. He was born and raised in a small rural town called Hereford in the Panhandle of Texas. His writing experience mostly comes from his career background and his love for horror and the macabre.
